We are a fully insured Carpet Cleaning service. We carry a $2M insurance policy for the work that we do in your home. 

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During the Carpet Cleaning or upholstery cleaning service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Step 1: Inspection/ Evaluation - Areas will be examined for the need of cleaning, and fiber condition.  Recommendations will be made, but ultimately prefer informing our clients and allowing them to make decisions regarding what services would work best for their specific needs.

Step 2: Vacuum -  If required. Some customers will thoroughly vacuum prior to appointment..   

Step 3: Preconditioning - Prespray carpet with a cleaning solution. The type solution applied depends on type soiling or stain.
Step 4: Hot water extraction -  A powerful and best in class Sapphire Scientific 370SS Truck Mount System will be used. Various types of extraction wands can be used, primarily a 14" glided Max Flow wand will be used for extraction. 

Step 5: Fiber Protection - Scotchguard protection extends the life and look of your carpet. Additional fee for service.

Step 6: Groom Carpet - The Scotchguard protectant will be groomed into the carpet fibers by a specialty grooming brush.
